Superb

Beautiful historic hotel. Staff were wonderful. Lovely breakfast, we stayed in one of the cheaper rooms so bed was 2 pushed together, apart from that lovely room, hospitality and stay. Thank you

Room small with no view. No coffe/tea making facilities. Bottle water on day one and never replenished. No new toiletries after day one Breakfast good. Location good

No tea making no additional tolieteries . Pool closed. No bar Hotel pretty empty but no chance of upgrade

Fabulous stay, excellent staff and fantastic location

Fantastic hotel and the staff are exceptional...such a cool boutique style hotel in a fantastic central location up a peaceful side street off the main strip. Really clean and a lot of history in the building. loved it and will return

The breakfast was good, not great but more than enough and a good mix to choose from to fill up and start the day

Great location, fantastic and knowledgeable bar man, Walter I believe, wife loved the best cocktails shes had for a while!

No iron in the room so we had to use the in hotel service which was very expensive, mini bar was advertised but empty in the room.

Though expensive, Im glad I stayed there and was able to see my friends who were on a tour and passing through Venice a

Everything was clean, beautiful, and unique! I liked the different decor in every room, lots of Murano glass, beautiful tiles, polite staff, and little touches like the Terry cloth robe, slippers, toiletries, and plenty of electrical outlets for charging phones and iPads. The garden terrace was beautiful just outside my room!

The hairdryer needs more wattage, a box of tissues would have been nice so I wouldnt have to use toilet paper to blow my nose and remove eye makeup. Because it was Saturday night, the pedestrian traffic outside on the street was very loud making it hard to get to sleep.

Superb

A lovely place to stay

The staff are kind, gracious and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with train reservations that we did not know how to make and helped with arranging porters and taxis. All was done with good humor and grace. They made our stay exceptional. Breakfast was tasty and a joy to eat in the courtyard.
