That it's quiet. It's close to Cartagena.

The room was underwhelming. There were no activities like kayaking because the instructor was not available. Nowhere to buy snacks/drinks, only the mini bar with limited choice and no prices.

Perfect place to relax and eat well

The service from the staff was top notch! Also the villa is super comfortable and private. Food was good a bit pricey but we understand this is an island and they have to bring everything

I would like to have bug spray, lotion and blow dryer in the villa . Although the hotel sells bug spray.

It was just ok.

The villa was great. Service to the room was great. Nice to have your own pool, but it was unheated to cold to use.

Food was just ok. You are stuck at this location, there is no where to go for other options. We were told it is unsafe after dark. The ocean water was not good and merky. Pool was pretty cold.

The iniciative of helping homeless dogs and cats from the island is the deal breaker for me! I also all the staff is super friendly and nice.

The dogs playing around the island. Tasty food. Staff friendly.

The common areas are lackluster. Sun beds are old and not very clean. Restaurant isn't inclosed. Mosquitoes and flies everywhere. Cocktails glasses are frosty, towels have stains on. Rooms are uncomfortable. Bad smell. Unfortunately, this hotel didn't meet our expectations. It claims to have a "rustic" style, but, in my opinion, it is getting old and needs renovations.

Perfect stay to relax and enjoy the beach

Room is very comfortable and clean, bed is very comfy. The beach is just for you and clean specially during weekdays. Food is very good. Staff is very attentive and friendly.

When we arrived there was a problem with the toilet, but the staff quickly fixed it as soon as we told them.
