Hotel Feliz has a cool vibe with friendly staff and a good breakfast. The coffee bar is a nice touch and the rooms are clean and tidy. It is located outside of the main tourist area but there is a bu (Read More)s stop nearby that takes you into the city center in 10 minutes. The rooms are basic but well laid out with nice amenities. The hotel is within walking distance to the city center and there are plenty of activities nearby. Overall, a great stay at this boutique hotel.

Peace and relaxation- perfect stay

Due to flight times we arrived at 10.30am with a 3pm check in. The hotel had already agreed that we could leave our luggage with them but we were very impressed and surprised when they said we could get some breakfast as service was just about to finish. The 2 ladies who welcomed us made us feel immediately at home and other staff we met during our stay were exactly the same. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the marina and the city and it was great watching the ships come and go. We also had another garden balcony at the back which meant we could follow the sun. Room and the whole hotel were very clean, the food excellent and the atmosphere very relaxed. Palma is a 30 minute walk away and the port about 20 minutes.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel although the road works on the seafront do spoil the walk into the city a bit. PS the roadworks do not affect the view/ noise from the hotel as they are not close by.

A good stay with a few flaws

Breakfast was definitely the highlight, really delicious - not often buffet scrambled eggs are that good! The lobby is gorgeous and the sofas are really comfortable. In terms of the room, the shower had fantastic pressure, the bed was comfortable and there were a mix of pillow 'firmnesses'. The balcony just overlooked a street but had two seats and we ate lunch on it a couple of times. The rooftop was lovely, three sections so in the off season it was easy to sit alone if you wanted. I didn't brave the pool in the cold but it looked gorgeous and had a great view of the port.

Compared to the luxury of the lobby, we were a little surprised by the room. The bed looked like an ottoman but was a cheap metal frame, as we discovered when my partner sat on the end of and it rocked onto two legs! The wallpaper and curtains were a little tired. There's no fan in the bathroom, which may have been okay in the summer, when opening the balcony door for a period of time wouldn't be too cold, but in our case we just had a very damp bathroom and the big mirror in the bedroom would mist up if we left the door open. There was no tea, coffee, or kettle in the room. We ordered tea downstairs and did wonder if it would be included given the lack upstairs, but alas it was not. Even a refill of hot water cost a euro.

Wonderful. Especially the friendly staff.

The room was comfortable with a lovely view of the water and boats. The breakfast was amazing with absolutely everything you could imagine to eat from cooked food to yoghurt, fresh and dried fruit, nuts honey, cheese and more! The staff were so friendly and helpful they made the stay very personal.

There was nothing to dislike.

Fabulous

Friendly staff particularly Alicia. A glass of Cava on arrival and shown rooftop terrace. A lovely room simple but great shower( a key feature for me) and great view. Super breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work. Declan
