Beautiful hotel in central location

The bar staff at Frannie & Fox were amazing! Lovely common areas and front of house staff and the rooms were spacious and comfortable

I don't know if it was due to staff shortfalls during the holiday season but the room housekeeping never felt thorough. For example, I was there for 4 nights and on two of the days the trash cans were not emptied.

Pretentious prices and fees without delivering results - $100 a night pet fee is ludicrous

Location is great

Charged $100 a night pet fee but our room was dirty from a previous pet. Like you take the money for deep cleaning in case of accident but don't clean? Shame on you!

Beautiful spot in the heart of Charleston, walking distance to just about everything!

Very nicely appointed and very well placed in the city

Restaurant closed even earlier than advertised (7pm instead of 8pm) due to inclement weather I assume.

HARD TO FIND A PLACE FOR OUR PET TO GO TO THE POTTY, ALL CONCRETE EVERYWHERE

Awsome Emeline Hotel.

Great hotel. Good rooms great bathroom and also loved the shampoo and soap in the shower. The staff was always beyond kind and professional. The food wonderful.

The parking opposite. And i would have liked warmer blankets.
