Mixed Experience at the Hotel - Striking Views but Questionable Value and Approach

The stuff is great and the location is in a quiet place. The view is amazing and the hotel is very modern and well-equipped. There is a direct bus in front of the hotel that goes to the center. Room service and housekeeping as well as most of the staff are great they are very kind and professional. The bar at the lobby is very good with a good selection of desserts. The external pool is also great with a great view.

Food quality for breakfast is really average or maybe even under average. There were so many people we could not find a seat for breakfast and also sometimes could not even find glasses for a drink. The room is extremely small compared to other luxury hotels. The quality of dinner (Buffet style) is questionable compared to the price of 30 per person which is unacceptable. However, the view from the restaurant on the 7th floor is very good indeed. The menu in the restaurant is minimal with few main dishes, and the quality of the burgers we ordered, tortillas, and sandwiches are so so not so good but expensive. The hotel also took additional money from my credit card without reason (hours after leaving the hotel) which is unacceptable and I will maybe reach out to my lawyers for a talk on this topic. On checkout when we paid for extra services they asked if we used anything from the mini bar yesterday and today (the day of checkout). We said we didn't and we certainly did not, but they still took the amount from the card without any notice, question, or explanation until we asked. Not about money, just very unprofessional. Wifi is very slow and unstable, in some periods of the day it was not usable at all. Spa Center Massage is ok, not worth the money but compared to other hotels good and good atmosphere. The spa center jacuzzi is small and not special, the jacuzzi is not so hot and there is one small sauna. The pool is great and the view is great. Overall hotel has with great view and a great design with many flows, probably worth a short but certainly not very luxurious and not worth the money. It is overhyped and I would not recommend it to anyone really, especially in that region.

Relaxing and beautiful stay in Dubrovnik.

The hotel staff provided excellent service and very helpful answering questions to include providing options to our needs. The location of the hotel was the best and having a public bus that its stop was in front of the hotel and took you to the west gate of the old town was spectacular. The breakfast has a great selection and delicious food. The room with a wonderful view was spacious and very well maintained. The lobby and grounds were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and not only will stay again in the future but also will recommend to friends and families.

I think that the only thing that I did not like it is not about the hotel. The city did not provide many options to eat out nearby the hotel and we had to get to the old town to have a good meal. The hotel had a restaurant but we wanted variety since we stayed for more than 3 days.

It's a cool location. The view from the rooms is nice. The gym has a lot of machines but is a bit crammed. The pool area was nice. Overall very clean and they gave little chocolates before bedtime. The staff was overall very nice. The bus ride to the town is okay.

The food felt very outdated and was at most okay. The rooms aren't big and overall doesn't feel very modern
