The perfect location to relax whilst exploring Dubrovnik.

The location was perfect as it was so close to the restaurants and bars in Lapad and only 10 minutes by bus to the old town. The pool area was great to relax in the afternoon. Karolina kept in touch before and during the stay and was able to provide recommendations.

Wonderful place to stay in a great location!

Wonderful place to stay! Beautifully appointed, great pool area. The host cant do enough for you. A quick 10-15 min easy bus journey in to the old town and a 10-15 min walk in to Lapad. This is the second time we have stayed here and Im sure therell be a third!

Everything was great! Very clean apartment with absolutely everything you could ask for in it. Even has a grill zone and the possibility to wash your clothes, which is great if you are here for a longer period of time. Good pool area with sunbeds and a great view to Dubrovnik and the mountains. Very kind and helpful owner - Karolina. Thank you!

This property is stunning and whilst the photos make it look amazing, the property is even better in reality. It has a bigger footprint than the photos suggest and it is so clean and feels really high-end and luxurious from the really deep egg chairs, the super comfortable sunbed mattresses and bedroom mattresses etc. The art work is all modern and vibrant and as a family group with all 5 apartments booked out, we loved the communal outside dining area. Karolina is the most wonderful human being - so helpful, friendly and welcoming. We wanted to organise a private boat trip for the day and she organised this for us including pick up and drop off from the villa (she also organised our airport transfers). We used uber all the time but as others have said, if you don't want to use the steps to the street (my mum has mobility issues), you need to be clear to the drivers where you want to be dropped off. It's a perfect location between the beach and restaurants of Lapad on one side, walkable, and the old town a 10 minute uber away. This was a truly amazing place to stay that exceeded all expectations.

Absolutely everything. Facilities were exceptional - pool and terrace were delightful and gym was excellent. Handy washing room with washing machine and ironing board. The room was quiet and comfortable with all cooking facilities needed other than an oven. Karolina was such a lovely guest - very friendly and helpful!

Fantastic and was overwhelmed with the Villa and our apartment.

Everything and was overwhelmed with the Villa and our apartment, everything you see in the photos are 100% accurate. The large swimming pool and grounds are beautifully kept, immaculate. The views are simply stunning and Karolina the owner, does a fantastic job of informing you of all that is available to see and do in Dubrovnik, she is undoubtedly the loveliest person I have come across on my travels. There is just nothing to want here, everything is provided for you, large gym if you wish to do your daily workout, recreational area where you can cook on a BBQ and lovely large dining table to sit comfortably to eat and watch a large screen tv with Netflix, if you so desire, again, all immaculate and beautifully kept, even books available to read, Karolina has missed nothing out that you may wish for, in a vacation. The apartment itself was very lovely indeed, we booked the Superior Apartment, spacious and spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, peaceful and quiet to get wonderful sleeps after long fabulous days exploring Dubrovnik and the aircon worked brilliantly for the intense summer heat. The shower fab, the kitchen area/utensils, washing up liquid, liquid soap, toilet rolls, just everything, again all perfect in every way. At your front door you have your own private table and chairs to dine or to just sit and admire the wonderful views. The laundry room is a perfect addition with full use of the washing machine, even washing tabs, dryer, iron and ironing board all set up to use in this spacious room, again I say Karolina has missed out nothing. The Villas location is in a residential area and absolutely perfect for exploring all that Dubrovnik has to offer for a vacation and so very close to everything. In all my travels, I have not ever come across such a wonderful host and beautifully clean, well kept grounds and apartment, you truly will not be disappointed if you book here. Thank you so much Karolina for making our vacation truly memorable.
