The room was very spacious and close to train station

Ok but felt like a budget hotel.

Availability of parking and access to train station and metro

For a 4 star hotel it didnt have the basic facilities like watter bottles, tea or coffe, mini bar, electric kettle, shower cap, floor was cold and did not had alipers and I didnt like the ambient lighting. It was dark.

The hotel was good clean. Reception working 24 hours. Staff is helpful and smiling. For your information directly Behind the hotel there is transportation train. I was in a good parking place for the hotel

Disappointing

- The rooms were much larger than average and there was plenty of space. - Parking available for a reasonable fee (10 Eur per night).

- The Wifi was not working at all, the download and upload speeds were at 0.1 Mbps. - The room was not clean, there was hair on the bed. - We tried calling the reception multiple times but they never picked up. - The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. - One towel was dirty with some black staina - The washroom and shower area were filled with black mold - It takes about an hour to reach the city center with public transport. A train is available near the hotel but it never comes so we took the bus. - The removable shower head only works when the shower pressure is at maximum, if you reduce it then water will fall from above which is inconvenient. - There were not enough amenities available in the room and they didn't refill them even once. Once one tiny bottle of shampoo and one tiny bottle of shower gel were given on the first day for two people.

Bad experience, I felt unsafe in the hotel.

Unsafe, easily acceptable by anyone. Cleanliness of the rooms and furniture. Old furniture with lots of cuts on the leather. Room not soundproof, you can hear all what is happening in the loopy. Balcony without chairs nor table and under maintenance. Balcony give you access to other rooms. No facilities (swimming pool, gym, SPA, etc.). Parking cost 10 euros per night.
