Good

Nice, clean hotel in a good location.

Really good location, clean and fairly modern room. Pillows were a bit hard but not unbearable. The price was really reasonable so I can't complain for the money.

Only negative was a bit of mould in the grouting in the bathroom. And an alarm went off in the middle of the night which woke us up. Not sure what it was as it only lasted about 10 seconds but it was very loud (fire exit being opened possibly)?

Due to xmas do on & sick on third floor outside lift not a very good stay

Pool & breakfastd

The power supply to room wasnt working & we were told at lunchtime that maintenance had gone & it would be the next morning which i is the day we left.we did however get a visit from someone at around 5pm who managed to reset the circuit breaker so we were able to watch TV later.

Typical Bournemouth run down Hotel that looks a bit snazzy on the inside

The breakfast was good, particularly the mushrooms.

Reported a toilet leak on day 1, 2 and 3 no response, deluxe twin was tiny, boiling hot and the window also did not lock properly. We had booked two rooms, both were hot, one had a broken safe, also reported but zero action. Paid near to 1K for two rooms, three nights. They have clearly invested in the property, but no maintenance, light bulbs out and the intense heat ( havent even got to the slow lift) really lets it down. It was however in a great location. Had to pay extra to park and ended up in a pitch black car park. The toilet had towels around it for the whole stay and there were no updates or a fix.

Disappointing

We liked location very close to the sea and restaurants in the city. Breakfast was good enough.

Photos do no correspond to reality. Room looked cheap and not worthy this money. No water provided, soap/shampoo bottles half empty. Hairs found on the bed. Heating didn't work, windows not insulated, it was cold at night. We could hear noise from corridor and from outside. We recommend to avoid this place.

Try again after renovation

Staff were amazing. Food was good

Had to move rooms. First room had bad chemical smelll. Second room had noisy pipes. Difficult to give a fair review at this point because they are renovating this January

Kind helpful well lead and managed hotel

I was travelling with my elderly Mum. The staff were so helpful. They helped me with my luggage and lifting my Mums mobility scooter out the car, the gentleman made it look so easy, and he was happy to help. My mum feel in the shower the lady on reception came up to help me lift her out. Above and beyond you should be proud of your staff they are a credit to your hotel and hospitality!

Superb

Fabulous stay in stylish hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the decoration- the dining room and bar ate very stylish. The bedrooms had great quality bed linen. The breakfast was fabulous and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were an additional treat.

Disappointed for the money.

Breakfast was perfect, staff were lovely, location great.

My car was broken in to. In their car park I paid 12.50 for and my car wasn't covered by their cctv. Hall way light flickered all night, shinning through door way. Noise of glass being recycled, lots of noise at end of evening coming from clearing up, more so than guests.
