Exceptional

Stylish new boutique hotel with splendid view on Chain Bridge. Balmain cosmetics in the bathroom, welcome drink and small compliment made our stay wonderful. The staff are very helpful.

Disappointing

Ok but not recommended

The view and how clean it was.

The room was different from the one we booked. The manager never showed his face and continuously reject our requests for refund (for one night only) or a compensation (with other bills) when we left in a hurry because my boyfriend got sick. Not a humane approach! The breakfast was also mediocre. I was expecting something better.

Great

Normally I wouldnt like to write a review but this time its different because my stay at the hotel is great. Especially for the staff, Air France forgot to load my luggage at the airport so I had to pick up myself, I remember I just like complain to the monsieur at the reception at he constantly checking with the airport to see if I get my luggage or not. The view is amazing and nearly everything is great.

The location of the bath in the room seems weird, but for living alone is fine

Over priced - not really a 5 Star hotel

Great Location

The breakfast is limited, most cooked items are cold and whilst you can order direct, the orders came out incorrectly. This happened to someone near me every day of our stay.

Everything is amazing, specially the bed and the pillows. So comfortable to sleep
