Lovely hotel.

Great location. Close to the public water bus to the airport and train station and other central location. Lovely view from the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful dreamy stay.

The rooms were beautiful with a marine motif, which my wife especially loved. I also liked the lagoon view from the hotel room, where I can just look out the window staring at the numerous ongoing boats, gondolas, and island beyond the canal etc. The breakfast was great too, as I like the tart cakes that were available from the morning. All in all, great stay.

Not much, but it would have been nice if the bathroom doors can be locked. Sounds in the bathroom were also very easy to hear in the bedroom.

Highly recommend

Great location, great hotel and the staff are amazing, the breakfast is really good lots of choice, the hotel is not to far from St Marks square and the ferries to get around, the taxi boat drops you off right next to the hotel if you don't want to struggle with your luggage on the ferry and pick up if you want to take a water taxi to the airport if your flying out, great way to say goodbye to Venice.

Can't praise this hotel enough.

Good location, close to the centre but away from the crowds. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and upgraded to the Junior Suite - which was sumptuous. Can't praise this hotel enough. A really relaxing stay. It's a short walk from the Arsenale stop - good for the airport boat - and no more than 10 or 15 minutes walk to St Marks Square. Nearby Via Garibaldi has shops and restaurants, also handy for the Biennale. 10/10 on all fronts.

Wonderful romantic stay!

We loved everything! The location, the view, the warm temperatures inside (we visited Venice in December), the polite and friendly staff, the decoration of the hotel, the cleanliness, the breakfast! We will definitely come again but not in December!
