Probably, the best deal in Venice

Stay was one of the best we had in Venice (we visit every year). Hotel is nice, elegant and comfortable. But the top is the staff: very very nice people

The location is excellent and 3 mins away from train station

Near the main train station and ferry terminal. Great reception. Special mention to Alberto who is so friendly, made you feel at home. He gives good tips about what to do and to avoid the tourist trap.

Very good

Location is excellent, breakfast does not provide big variety of products, but includes most necessary items of good quality. Room interior is good, but not perfect. Noise isolation is very bad, you can hear everything from the hall and neighbours.
