Exceptional

Service at this hotel was outstanding. You never pushed in a chair or opened a door. They even sent a worker with me to a liquor store at night to make sure I found it, I was safe, and the price was fair. Incredible.

The pictures posted on booking.com are of all different suites and are misleading. They have multiples different styles and might not get what is in the picture

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cool hotel in the centre

Very friendly service started from the welcome when we arrived. Excellent breakfast and a beautiful room. Top location right in the centre. The rooftop pool made this a very relaxing hotel for a 3 night stay.

The worst hotel during our Colombia vacationnot worth the price.

Location is excellent. Room is a decent size. Bed was comfortable. Linens were clean. Shower is spacious with good water pressure (when working).

We did not have running water for about a day, which was a huge negative. We did not expect to pay this price and not have running water (eg, toilet, sink, showers did not work). Additionally, you cannot control the temperature of the air conditioner from the roomonly can turn on and off, unless you call the front desk to specify a temperature change. Breakfast was very mediocrewe tried it the first day and immediately sought out other options for the remainder of our stay. There are absolutely incredible other options near by! Overall, a surprisingly negative stay for a luxury hotel.

Lovely rooms, just a bit loud

- good breakfast - helpful staff - location super close to everything in Cartagena

- rooms are really comfy but we had a room that had a window facing the street and it was extreme loud and we had to sleep with ear plugs

The hotel is gorgeous and located right in the center of the old town which makes it easy access to everything. The highlight of our stay was the service. The staff are superb and the attention to detail is like none other.

Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel truly at home.

It was right in the center of the action of Cartagena but quiet enough to relax and rest thanks to the soundproof windows and doors. The place is intimate and beautiful. An oasis of calm amongst the craziness. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome like family.

They didnt have a highchair for our daughter to eat in with meals. That would have made things a bit more convenient at meal time. Also no bath tubs is a limitation. Pool is very small but sweet for a dip.
