Nice location, friendly staff

Very nice hotel, good location, close to the walled city and e.g. Plaza de la Trinidad in Getsemani. The staff is absolutely friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room had a comfortable bed and all amenities needed for our stay. The breakfast is rich in variety, additional specialties could be ordered on demand.

A bit noisy from the hallway as our room was close to the elevator.

Nice city spot

Our room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The pool has a great view and is very refreshing. It gets super busy so hard to get a sunbed but we managed in the end. Its a short walk to Getsemani which we loved.

Would be great to have a few more sunbeds but hard with space

Best stay you could have in Cartagena

Very clean, good location, really nice facilities, really good food in the restaurant, great drinks at the bar on the swimming pool area, amazing view from the swimming pool and the staff is extremely friendly!

Great location if you have an event at Convention Center. Walking distance to Old town.

Breakfast was very good in variety and quality. Pool is small few chairs but beautiful view and quiet. Rooms a little small but clean and well provisioned Restaurant at night good food and live music.

Great value for money, great staff!

Staff at reception as well as Concierge have been absolutely lovely. Staff at restaurants / pool bar were mostly great or good. Soundproofing towards outside areas is great (thanks to the modern windows / glass-fronts). Rooms are modern, beds are very comfy with different cushions (firm & soft). Breakfast is fantastic (huge variety, good quality) - which you don't see too often in South America. The rooftop areas (incl. pool) are great.

While the soundproofing towards outside is great, it's unfortunately crappy towards inside (hallway): despite looking sturdy, the doors are so hollow that you hear every word from the hallway and even the noise from the rooms across. Half of the light switches didn't work in my room (will be an issue if you're not travelling alone and need the switches on both sides of the bed to work). The available seating space at the pool is insufficient (=only 6 sunbeds for a hotel with around 70 rooms plus some chairs / tables). If you're unlucky, you'll have some noisy people from the US at the hotel (getting drunk with Tequila already at lunchtime at the pool - but that's not the fault of the hotel).
