Very central place to stay in venice.

Location was very central for travelling around Venice. This became more apparent as our trip progressed. This was an easy place to stay and the quality of the accommodation was very good. Staff were efficient.

Very good

A good mid-range option in Dorsoduro

Still my favourite little mid-range place to stay in Venice. A bit shabby-chic, but this place has tons of character and a wonderful location. There's a reasonable breakfast, and in summer a lovely patio area to sit in.

There's flaking paint and that sort of thing.. but nothing that is a problem.

Really good location with nice breakfast

The room was spacious, cleaned and towels changed daily. Breakfast served in a the hotel is really nice, staff helps with hot drinks and clean tables after each guest. Outside of the hotel is a space to chill. Personel was super nice and the hotel has a really good location, pretty close to supermarket.

Unfortunately there was visible last long dust in some places.

The price-performance ratio is great for a city like Venice.

From a price-performance point of view, you can't complain at all. I personally find the location of the hotel very pleasant, as you are away from the larger streets and squares, but still not far away. There is a public transport boat stop not far from the hotel. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good.

The view from our rooms was not the best and the hotel looks a bit old-fashioned. The televisions could be mounted in a different way than just putting them there without a stand. Apart from that, I can't really complain about the price.

Lovely little boutique hotel. Would stay here again

The location was great. The lobby of the hotel was so inviting. There are places you can sit in the garden and lots of seating under cover but still enjoy the evening. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. So many options and the service was excellent

Weve stayed before and it didnt disappoint. Im book to back again in a weeks time. We loved it.

Very helpful staff. Good breakfast efficiently managed. Very well located. Spacious Patio and comfortable undercover outdoor seating.

We had a rather small room but we had chosen a lower price so it was fair value for money. The hotel nearby played music from morning to night and should be stopped!
