Very poor

Very disappointing, not 4 star (I travel lots!). Room at very best 3 star, bed 2 star at very best.

Extremely uncomfortable bed, rigid, very hard. No air flow (tiny window), no air con. Bed and chair faced a television rather than any sort of a view. I paid $900 for 3 nights, checked out after 1 night as bed so uncomfortable/unable to sleep.

I would happily return to Hotel 115 if the coffee situation improved.

The hotel is perfectly located in a secure and convenient location. The overall room and hotel design is both pleasing and functional. The staff deserves an A+ for cleanliness.

Not having a Nespresso Machine in the room nor coffee available in the hotel lobby was a disappointment. If one did not want to use the tedious coffee press in the room and if you wanted coffee before the nearby cafes opened at 8:00, you would have to walk to the hotel next door for takeaway coffee.

Perfect little getaway

The Geographic location is perfect. The size of the room was good for one person. Having a fridge in the room is not as usual as you would expect so it was well received. I enjoyed having a balcony. The great shower was made even better with lovely toiletries.

Great Boutique Hotel with excellent location.

Hotel 115 was a great little Hotel, very good location, friendly helpful staff and with good facilities. Over 2 separate bookings we had 3 different rooms, definitely worth upgrading to a bigger room.

I would not return to this hotel until a Nespresso machine was in the room or coffee was available in the lobby.

Cleanliness and location

Neither a Nespresso machine in the room nor a coffee machine in the hotel lobby, only pesky French press. Had to go to a nearby hotel if earlier than 8 am opening of nearby cafes. Unacceptable. A cleaning charge was added to the emailed bill receipt that was not disclosed earlier. Unacceptable.
