Despite some issues with amenities such as a broken pool and elevator, the staff at the Homewood Suites by Hilton SLC/Draper were kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the break (Read More)fast was great. The hotel had good parking, a convenient location near the airport, and offered free airport shuttle. Some reviewers appreciated the hotel's efforts to separate recyclables and provide kitchen facilities. Brian, the maintenance staff, received high praise for his exceptional service.

When I have checked in at night the receptionist gave me a room on a highway. The moment I entered the room I asked her to change my room which she did. When leaving the first room I forgot my Prada jacket there. Next morning I asked to look for my jacket but the other receptionist told the jacket wasnt in the first room I checked in.

Hospitality was great. Location was clean.
The initial room that I got hadn't been cleaned. I had to go back down to the front desk with our luggage. More of an annoyance.
