Superb

All in all it was a nice relaxing stay.

I like how the front doors lock at a certain time and you need a room key to get into the property.

Didnt like how a lot of the furniture in our room had white stains all over the couch and ottoman.

Spacious layout to accommodate larger groups comfortably. TV had a few streaming apps pre-set with one of them free to use.

TV wasn't designed, or placed to be able to use my Amazon firestick, leaving me limited to what was installed on the TV. Bathroom door was a slider with large frosted glass. As nice as it made the room look, it was at the cost of sound dampening.

I hated the location and couldn't enjoy the pool. People let their kids be in their by themselves, and they were screaming the whole time. It wasn't quite at night. People were loud in the halls at 1am the 3rd floor felt like a sauna in the hall way. The rooms' night lights by the bed were missing its glass and so it wouldn't work. The room was not clean. There was dirt and hair on the couch. I have stayed at many other locations, but this one was the worst. For close to $200.00 for only 1 night, it was not a good experience. I love the SpringHill, Suites just will never go to the Draper location. I will be telling my business partners and Family to avoid this location as well. It honestly was horrible

Very little left to be desired! Hotel charged more than booking, deadbolt was broken, toilet wasnt functioning properly

The facility is well kept in the main lobby. The staff was friendly and kind, just not very helpful. The pool and hot tub are open until 11, pretty average but, very small. Ok snack selection by the front desk. Coffee is always available however, its pretty awful.

The 2 queen with a pullout bed/couch was set up very odd as the room was decided so if people were sitting on the couch and in the bedroom the wall made for an awkward conversation but, the tv was placed in a spot that you couldnt see it well from the bedroom or the split room. The free breakfast isnt even worth stopping at on your at through. Very basic, nothing extra. Dont expect a juice, pastries, muffins, pancake etc. Literally plain bread/bagel, precooked eggs/bacon, coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Apple/banana theres definitely a reason its free. Just dont expect anything extra at the property for paying the extra $50 more than surrounding hotels just for the convenience of the close freeway exit!

The hrs for your breakfast need to be way longer especially on the weekends. Also your pool and hot tub are extremely too small for the amount of guests that stay.
