Very good

Great stay, overall no complaints.

The breakfast was great, different options daily. Room was clean and staff was attentive when asked for assistance

The Hot tub did not work, and the pool was not heated as expected. Finishing up a long day of outdoor activities in the winter, would of been nice to end with dip into the pool/hot tub

Very Good and Very Bad

Clean room and property (for the most part). Front desk staff were exceptional (both the one in the daytime that checked us in and attended to us the next morning, as well as the one who attended to us at night). Indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice. Swim area was clean. Gym was well-stocked and clean. Water pressure in shower (Room 323) was great. Beds (including the rollaway) were very comfortable. Parking was good. Property is "off the beaten path", which we prefer.

Someone spilled raisins on the floor of elevator #2. Housekeeping staff vacuumed some of it, but most of it was still there 24 hours later, shoved against the walls. No hand sanitizer in any of the dispensers we saw. Two settings for shower temperature in Room 323: scalding and ice cold, no matter how much the dial was adjusted. Two of three bottles of shower supplies fell off of the wall - one while we were sleeping, which scared us all awake.Breakfast was minimal. I've never before seen such limited selections at a Homewood Suites. The eggs were (literally) ice cold. Staff changed the warmer plug and fixed this issue once I mentioned it, but they obviously weren't checking on the food before I said something. Three breakfast staff members were (again, literally) screaming at one another. Everyone in the dining area could hear every word of the argument. The front desk staff member on duty immediately put a stop it as soon as I made her aware of the issue. Plastic bag holding extra bedding in Room 323 was badly ripped and needs replacement.

My stay was comfortable, relaxing, and the staff was super friendly especially the breakfast lady.

Bed was comfortable, there were bottled waters in the room. Location is nice and quiet.

Hot tub was not working and that was the main reason for my staying at a very nice hotel.

Great value & experience for family travelers!

I cant rave enough about this hotel experience! The rooms were more than comfortable, nice linens, separate bathrooms, decent water pressure, multiple tv sets, a great common area between rooms, and SO clean!

There were really only two things that made this less than a 100% experience; 1) one of the staff members at the desk was condescending and bordered on outright disrespect. She made a comment about our party that didnt set well when I checked in. I did not respond in the moment & instead decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, in the case that I mistook her. Any time I passed her on the premises she still had a snide demeanor. My sister also had the same vibe from her. 2) The hallways had a weird odor (I am really big on things smelling clean) that wasnt quite food or cleaning products. Not sure how this could have been remedied, charcoal odor absorber? Maybe pipe in some type of light air freshener? In either case it did not impact the overall quality of the hotel or our stay!

I Enjoyed the kind staff particularly the lady with curly hair at the front desk and one lovely lady that was cleaning a

Most of the staff was super friendly. The bed was comfortable. My kids and I utilized the indoor pool and had fun.

The rackets and balls that were out at the basketball court needed to be updated. Rackets and soccer ball were falling apart. Needs repairs on the baseboards in the hallway., and maybe a different color paint on the door. All the finger prints stick to the paint making it look dirty. I felt the price was a bit high compared to some other hotel rates after I visited some other newly renovated properties that were cheaper.
