Passable

It was nice but not enoughfor what we have paid

The rooms were clean and cleaned every time we asked, the location were great

One of the elevator was broken and we need to wait long time every time we wanted to go up and down. We were told its broken for a long time and they didnt fix it . Another thing is the breakfast, it wasnt enough food for all the people that stayed there and not enough forks and knifes.

Was very close to downtown area, and the Missisipi. The coffee and the breakfast was good. The area was a bit crowded because of the football game that night, but overall was a good experience with kids :)

I will definitely been coming back.The price and quality of the hotel was excellent

The hotel was absolutely wonder the valet service was phenomenal. The camera were all friendly, courtest and handled my truck with care like it was their own.The front desk staff provided service with a smile.

Breakfast needs more of a variety, like yogurt, pancakes and a vegetarian option. It would benefit from having cartons of milk in a variety and the juices also.

Great stay

Breakfast wasnt as good as I had hoped. It was lacking, had to ask staff a few times for items. Would love real eggs, upgraded food and drink.

Pleasant

We could not sleep comfortably due to the loud noises.

We loved the location to the Superdome as well as various restaurants and attractions. The room was clean.

There were various plumbing noises all night! We could hear loud whistling sounds whenever neighboring rooms were in the shower or flushed their toilets.
