Very good

The room was nice. 2 kings in 2 separate areas.

$49 daily valet and the bathroom and bedroom didn't have door locks.

Ok for 2 nights, I guess, but not comfortable.

Convenient location, clean and newly renovated.

Zero comfort amenities. No rugs on floor, no comfortable chair in room, no body lotion in bathroom, no bottle of water at check-in. Comfortable bed and enough towels, but bedding not warm enough and no extra blanket so a cold couple of nights. Very, very basic. At $225/night, they need to do better.

Disappointing and rude staff.

The room was recently renovated. The size of the room was perfect for our three family members.

The staff were rude. Check in was poor. When I enquired about parking I was told it was either valet or good luck parking across the street. I was given a card with my Mariott membership and was told to use contactless check in next visit to avoid unnecessary contact with the staff (I wanted contact so I can enquire about the location, etc). Breakfast was terrible. We paid for three adults. When I enquired at the front desk I was told it wasnt free, then I was told we only paid for two. Then told by the lady at the breakfast area that it wasnt free, and this went back and forth. Eventually the lady at the breakfast area said she will do us a favour and give us breakfast for free. No I paid for three adults in my booking!!!!! The options for breakfast were terrible and I would have been better off getting food from the local gas station. For the money and lack of service I would have preferred any other hotel in the area.

I loved everything about my stay. The rooms were amazing, the staff was so nice and you can't beat the location.

My only note is that the air conditioning didn't seem to blow cold air all that well. However, I know some of the other rooms were being renovated, so maybe that's why.

The lobby was nice

First it took two hours to check in because the room wasn't ready. Then the only room available was on the 6th floor, which was under construction. I booked my room for four days and after the first night we had to move because of the construction. Our new room smelled like a dirty mop. On the third night, they turned the water off in our room with no notice for 5 hours. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby, which is unacceptable. No compensation was offered. They didn't even care. We checked out a day early. I stay at the Marriott all the time and have never had an experience like this.
