Superb

Comfortable, clean and quiet with lovely amenities.

Lovely large comfortable rooms with all the amenities. The breakfast was very good and the front desk staff was warm and welcoming.

I was quite surprised to be charged a $75 pet fee for a one- night stay with our dog. We travel with him often and this is the highest fee we've seen charged. I won't be going back with him as the rate for a pet is effectively higher than it was per person for my husband and I!

We have no idea we didn't even get to stay after having a reservation made in advance. We showed up after a very long flight from London with exhausted kids. Only to find out that our room was no longer available due to over booking. So we were placed in a different hotel where we were separated from our kids. It was very disappointing to have to deal with this after a very long day.

This is a very beautiful hotel. We arrived at 12 noon. We were checked in at 13:25.

Breakfast is served until 9am, which is very early.

The room was clean and close to the Spa

We were told the cleaning staff was off and had to keep chasing down towels because we had to use the ones from our room at the pool/hot tub the door on the closet was off the track made it challenging to use the closet.The bottom drawer in the bureau was also off track but we were able to get it back on so we could use it

Lobby, outside property was nice and convenient to college, airport and restaurants

Elevator not working made it difficult to get to room. Room had previous guests dishes left in cabinet, bar soap was not initially available in kitchen or bathroom, overall room did not feel clean
