Great hotel and great service!
The cleanliness and comfort of the room. The shower was phenomenal!
The breakfast selection. It was minimal and some items were not very warm.

Unfortunately I don't think I'll be coming back
Location is convenient. Close to my sister's house and there's a lot of businesses near by.
The staff in the lobby is not at all helpful or kind like they were last year. Carly was amazing last year. This year they're stressed and angry and one lady hung up the phone on me when I needed two bath towels and she explained they didn't have any more, but could give me pool towels. And then got flustered and hung up on me. The breakfast was not as good as last time. This time I can tell Jeffery is stressed, the light in his eyes was gone. The food wasn't replenished like last time. The room could have been cleaner. There was someone else's hair in the bathroom, and I think we had dog hair in our room too. The room didn't have bedding for the pull out couch so I had to call for it. And the guy who brought it up looked really angry and handed me a black trash bag with the bedding inside. Overall, weird experience. And I don't think we'll stay there again.
