The Holiday Inn Express in Stoke was a great choice for a stay, with a convenient location near the city stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was a nice hotel and recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Very good

Super dog friendly hotel, good pub grub nearby or McDs. They do limited in house meal options but we chose to get out with the dog, Breakfast lovely (even the dog is provide with breakfast) and lots of choice.

We have stayed here many times over the years, one of the main reasons is the friendly helpful staff!!

Nice hotel. Better the expected. We'll return.

The FOH staff we're really friendly and helpful, particularly the person who sorted our 'evening meal' - she was also there in the morning(!), greeting us with a big smile! Food was pretty good - little pricey - bedroom, very good; and the room price - incl breakfast - was excellent. Breakfast was better than expected too....

Food could have been a pound or two cheaper.

TIP TOP HOTEL FOR SHORT STAY.

The Hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were excellent and the rooms very well maintained, the breakfast was well laid out with an excellent choice to suit all tastes. This Hotel is situated just off the M6 but noise levels from traffic are minimal. There is a pub/restaurant and a McDonalds opposite which is also an advantage. This Holiday Inn Express is above average and perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay. Well done.

The perfect motorway stop

The breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable. The staff helpful and pleasant. Location just off the motorway.

Couldnt have been better.

Ease of location and parking. Many nearby options for eating. Excellent comfortable and quiet room despite closeness to M6. Really good breakfast included within excellent value for money. 12 out of 10.

The perfect stop from Scotland especially with our toddler

The staff in particular, an especially nice lady with red hair who was so welcoming, personable and helpful and warm. She also mentioned the brilliant soft play for our 1 year old and I hope we can now stop regularly on our travels to see family as it really helped . Thank you . Breakfast was lovely too thank you

Lovely Hotel, great, clean and good value.

Everything was lovely appart from a bar gentleman names Stuart who came across rude and miserable. Couldn't even look at us when serving us. Not friendly at all.
