Great place to stay!

We came for the St. Jude Marathon and were pleased the location and the staff. From check in to checkout they were all great! Shout out to Zee! Extremely personable, engaging and met the needs of the runners! She went above and beyond!!

The A/C rattled and made it somewhat difficult to sleep.

Worst hotel experience ever

Weve traveled a lot and and have never stayed in a worst place. Even the cheapest motels were better than this. Sheets and towels were stained and had hairs woven in during cleaning. The toilet had a film of urine on the rim. The carpets were stained with dirt and brown stains that looked like blood splatter. The windows were leaking and there was mold on the frames, wall and carpeting. When the noisy fan unit went off, we could smell the mold and a faint odor of vomit. The beds were caved in. We slept as best we could at the edges. The breakfast was as basic as you can get. The lobby and corridors are dirty and moldy. All this for more than $160 - double what youd pay for a cleaner place - in a safer and more secure location. Absolutely awful. We did not ask for a different room. Based on the overall condition of the hotel and after reading the negative reviews, we felt it wouldnt get better and we made the best of it. The overall good rating for the hotel cannot be really the result of recent peoples experience. We should have looked through all the reviews and you should too.

Loved it!!!!

It was all awesome. The food for breakfast was great. Wide variety. The staff was amazing!!!!!!! Zee was so helpful and friendly!!

It was all great. No complaints at all.

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant, attentive and nice. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great variety, delicious and hot. Our room was clean and the bed and the linen were very comfortable. A very good managed hotel.
