The breakfast at the hotel was very good with a good variety of food, especially the muffins. However, there was no coffee available downstairs all day. The maids did not empty all the trash cans and (Read More) did not refill the soap. Nevertheless, the rooms were clean and the hotel felt safe. Overall, it was a great experience with friendly staff and spacious rooms. The delicious breakfast and pleasant atmosphere make it highly recommended.

Amazing hospitality at its best.

Front desk associate LaDanna was very upbeat and energetic always smiling and engaging. She was very accommodating when asked if my brother and I could have rooms on the same floor she made sure we were side by side. She remembered my name every time she saw me. This was our first time in the area and we now know this is our hotel of choice because of LaDonna. LaDonna we thank you from The Manuel and Bridges family.

4 adults and 2 children in one room. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable!

The property was very clean and smelled nice!

The pool is inside but not temperature controlled so it was closed.

Never stay there again

The bed was comfortable.

The next morning we discovered a blood spot on the sheets and neither one of us bleed, it made me sick. When I went to check out there was no one at the desk so I couldnt address it with them. When we were checking in the lady informed us that they dont take PayPal or any prepaid-reloadable cards. Then she took our Venmo card as payment, she said it was acceptable. Just a FYI, PayPal owns Venmo. Please put in your information that they dont accept prepaid cards.

I liked that there was a bench to put our luggage on and a desk. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast was good. The bedding was clean and the beds comfortable with a good choice of pillow types.

I didn't like the lighting. I am in my 70's and I prefer to have at least one "daylight" choice of lamps. Bright white, not soft white. The breakfast could have had a few more choices, ie. bacon. The coffee was a bit on the strong side. I had requested a lower floor nearest the pool and was given the top floor the furthest away from the elevators.
