We enjoyed and we will stay again when we come back.

It was close to our relatives that we were visiting. We had a view of pikes peak out our window. The lady in the breakfast area was very friendly and the breakfast was very nice.

I didnt like the someone from the next room knock our door and try to open it and we went to the front desk and they didn't do nothing just change us the room but they didnt told nothing to the other room it was scary we were sleeping when we here the big noise in our door

Disappointing cleanliness. Multiple transactions on my credit for the same 2 day stay.

Friendly and accommodating staff

Sheets on our bed dirty when we turned them down. Our confirmation number not recognized and had to pay again for a room.

bathroom was not cleaned properly toilet flush wasn't working properly shower drain was clogged mattresses were very uncomfortable to sleep. had a very bad back ache and couldn't sleep

Couple things: (1) During the past month, I've also stayed in two top-end (five-star) hotels. This budget-level property was cleaner than both, certainly in the bathroom. (2) The staff was very nice. THANK YOU.
