Beds are comfortable!

I'm here every week for a few days for work. The staff is very cheerful and helpful. The bathrooms could use updating but are very clean. I work overnights for 12 hours, in a fairly physical job. I then come back to the hotel to mostly sleep before the next shift. I stay in a different room every week, and every bed is so comfortable! That's mostly what I need from a hotel, friendly staff, clean room, clean bathroom and comfy bed. I'm 100% satisfied.

The bathrooms could use updating but are exceptionally clean. While the parking lot was recently repaved, it wasn't the best job. It's already getting cracks and little potholes. Yet, it is still so much better than when I stayed a month ago. Toilets and showers are a bit slow flushing and draining but not horribly so.

Really angry but extremely clean rooms.

The room was exceptionally clean (which is rare to come by at ANY hotel, I've worked in the industry for 6 years) I was impressed by that.

The staff was not very 'customer friendly'. I expect the same customer service I give my guests and still haven't understood why someone who does not like to help other people or cannot handle it in this environment, why they continue to work as a front desk agent at a hotel. Also, left my hoodie blanket there and realized it 30 minutes after I had left so I called up there. "At the end of their day housekeeping brings everything they have found in the rooms to the front desk. So you'll have to wait until then.". Was the reply I got when I called asking for it. I explained that I am from Texas and could come back and get it at that moment. I was told I could not and would still have to wait until it was brought down. So now I have to buy a return label and mail it to them (granted they have it) so that I can get my Christmas present from my mom back! I'm pretty upset and angry about that. So be sure not to leave anything in your room. Ridiculous.

Quiet

The hotel was very quiet, which I liked. It was very clean.

There is nothing close by to walk to. The costs of snacks that the hotel sells are very expensive.

Good value considering time of the year and everything else.

Spacious clean and nice layout. Pool, Hot Tub and fitness center were all excellent.

Very poor

Bed frame was broken so bed was sloped not to great to sleep on. Online booking said was free breakfast in the restaurant but it was not free and you have to spend a certain price level to get the breakfast thats dumb. Table in room was broken and trash on the floor from previous tenets

We got in especially late: 2am. The manager was covering the front desk and was friendly and accomodating.

Not this visit, but a previous visit: we arrived at a normal daytime to check in. The room was booked via Booking.com, and when we arrived, we were told that the room was not available - that there was an error made by Booking.com, and that there was nothing that could be done, and no other rooms available. Went across the lot to the Express, and they were very accommodating.

The view was pretty, and it seemed to be kept clean. The ladies were really nice who work there.

Pool spa and hot tub wasn't open. No one mentioned this upon checking in or we would have changed locations. Really outdated accessories. Alot of things in our room were falling apart. I was woken up at 3 am to what sounded like a car being stolen. The advertisement makes the place look way nicer than what it really is.
