Very nice room, booked the Presidential suite. Very spacious, allowed me to relax and unwind for a bit.
There was a visible gap between the front door and floor, and I could hear anytime someone walked past.

Double charged with no refund. Great hotel - bad experience. Out $250.00
Property was great - clean, good location and loved the small free breakfast items in the main room/lobby of the floor. Our floor had a main room/lobby with chairs, tables and small kitchenette and TV that would be amazing for get togethers or reunions for everyone to have a mutual place to relax and chat.
We booked through booking.com. When we got to the property we were told the room we booked was no longer available. I feared this as it was written on the confirmation page of the booking online. The front desk employee told us she would have to change us from a double bed room to a king bed. I told her it wouldnt work since I needed at least 2 beds (there were 3 adults). She said it was no big deal, she would put us in the king suite which came with a pull out couch bed. I told her that was great and thanked her for making it work for us. She took my card for incidentals. The next day I noticed a large charge from Holiday Inn as well as the booking amount from booking.com. I waited a few days before I called to see if the pending charge would change. Nope. When I called the front desk employee wasnt helpful and told me to call booking.com. The issue here is the the charge from booking was not wrong, but the charge from Holiday Inn was and I told her that. She didnt say much and told me to call both booking and Holiday Inn customer service. I still havent gotten any information on why I got double charged or why Holiday Inn couldnt refund me for all but the $25.00 incidental fee. I want to give this place a good review but for an extra $250.00 I wasnt planning on spending Im torn. I dont fault booking.com, but Im getting nowhere and feel that if its going to be a problem again in the future Im better off just reserving at the hotel.

There was no stay!!!!!'
Didn't stay at the property. Rented a room for my girlfriend who was traveling to Texas to me from Alabama and she never made it to the hotel! She was involved in a traffic accident and was taken by ambulance to the hospital! She is still there! Pisses me off that I have to pay for the room under these circumstances! Doubt I will use your company again!
She was involved in a serious traffic accident and never saw the property!!!
