Disappointing

Rude front desk man. No food available for breakfast.

The check-in lady was very nice (talked about dogsitting her daughter's dog while her daughter was away at work). The room was very clean.

We came down for breakfast at 930. The eggs, sausage, and pastries were gone. The pancake machine was malfunctioning. There was oatmeal and a rotten apple out. I asked the front desk man (with waist long dreads, playing on his phone under the front desk) if the breakfast would be refilled. He just looked at me like he was annoyed and said "She ran out." I told him that there was nothing for my family to eat and he said "She'll bring out breakfast sandwiches, but she's out of everything else." We waited for several minutes (along with many other people) and no sight of food. I opened the pancake machine and there was a full bag of batter, so I started kneading it and pancakes started coming out. The front desk guy came over and told me not to do it that way because the machine just needed to be reset. I asked why he went back to playing on his phone earlier instead of resetting it earlier when he saw us all standing there. Another waiting man said "I guess we're too late to get breakfast today?" and I disagreed, saying that there was still 30 minutes left of breakfast and we weren't too late. The front desk guy turned to me and said rudely "it isn't about being too late. It's about running out of food." He walked away with the pancake machine still broken and went to smoke a cigarette outside.

New to Tru and will be back

Very clean facility, staff was very polite and accommodating. They have a new text system and that was nice.

We stayed on the 1st floor with my service dog. Normally, that's no issue, but there were other guests that seemed to be trying to party or something.

Would totally stay at a Tru again!!!

Awesome breakfast, super clean everywhere, beautiful pool, fitness room with a few machines, food/snacks/drinks, two elevators so you're not waiting, fridge in room, built-in night light in bathroom, amazing water pressure in shower, comfy beds & pillows, quiet, restaurants you can walk to, close to highway, shampoo/conditioner in shower made my hair soooo soft, cool lobby/hangout space!

No microwave in room, only in lobby. Can hear highway noise (I wear ear plugs so it didn't bother me).

The rooms was clean, big, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and location was not to far from the interstate. The breakfast was good and the choice of items was great.

Would stay over and over again! The receptionist did it! She was speculator. Clean property inside, out.

How clean and inviting it was upon arrival. The front desk receptionist was exceptional. She deserves all the recognition, amazing, beautiful personality.
