Very good

Welcome from staff and clean comfortable room

Sudden 20 pp deposit for the night due to Xmas. 1st January family of 3 adults and a child I thought unnecessary. Lighting in room very poor.

Location, room was spacious, restaurant food was excellent, breakfast was great and staff all very good

Superb

The room was clean, and comfortable. But could do with phone charging points.

The breakfast was excellent.. the waiter was first class.. kind, friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10..

The shower for a disabled person was dangerous to get in over a bath.. a wet room would be more acceptable.. I could easily of slipped trying to get in and out of the bath.. But the pressure of the shower was marvellous.

More than adequate and well presented. Courteous staff who were on hand without being O TT Will certainly use the hotel again and recommend it to friends I feel that the principle meals of the day could possibly benefit from a slight increase in choice

A truly wonderful stay.

From the time we arrived and to the time we left, nothing was too much trouble. The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful. So helpful, friendly and very, very kind. Our breakfasts and evening meals were absolutely delicious. The messages on the tray were a lovely personal touch and everything is done with a smile. Other hotels are left in the shade in comparison and could learn a lot from the staff at this hotel. Thank you so much and we will definitely only stay at the Holiday Inn Ashford North in future. We wish all the staff a wonderful Christmas.

This would not apply to our stay.
