The Hilton Vacation Club Tahoe Seasons Lake Tahoe is conveniently located near the tram and offers valet parking. The kitchen is well-equipped and the rooms can be separated by sliding doors. However (Read More), the initial room assigned was not handicapped accessible and had a difficult shower set-up. The second room was renovated and accessible, with a kitchenette and comfortable sofa bed. The location is convenient for hiking trails, but not ideal for walking to summer activities. The valet parking staff is prompt and the overall experience with Hilton Vacations was satisfying.

Very good

Awesome location, beautiful hotel, bring your own kitchen items.

The location is unbeatable. Walk to the tram. This is the best location at Heavenly! The rooms are lovely and the updated lobby is really nice.

The hotel does not have a restaurant and is not in walking distance of any restaurants, and all parking is valet, so the most convenient thing is to cook and eat in your room -- which is great except rooms are not supplied with any cookware. There is a microwave and a mini-fridge, but no microwave-safe dishes or mugs. The hotel provides one set of plastic plates, plastic cutlery, and paper coffee cups. It would be much nicer if ceramic plates, mugs, and basic kitchenware were included. The other drawback is that there is only one hot tub for the entire hotel, so it gets crowded and you will be kicked out at 10:00.

Great rooms. Great staff. Great location. Good opportunities.

I was accommodated a room change, as I had requested a tub in my trip booking, that was lost in translation with online booking, but Staff allowed me to change rooms either way. I need my baths! I was very pleased.

Superb

Our stay was comfortable and a great value for the quality of the hotel!

The renovated rooms are lovely, everything is very clean, and the staff are nice and quick to help with anything you need.

Parking is valet only - I would have liked to have the option to not use the valet because of the extra cost.

Nice renovated spacious rooms in Tahoe hotel

The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and newly redone. The lobby was similarly redone. We had expected the old decor that we saw on Booking.com and the hotel website, but it has recently been bought out by Hilton and renovated. It was a wonderful surprise.

Checkout of 10 AM is ridiculous - only hotel we've ever stayed at that had such an early departure time. The fact there is only valet parking is frustrating, though the staff service of it was excellent.
