The staff is highly accommodating, storing (Read More)bags until the room is ready. Even small requests, like replacing conditioner, are swiftly addressed. The rooms are comfortable and provide a good night's sleep. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended and would be chosen again.

Excellent base for exploring NoLa.

The location was great. The room was big. The staff was nice. The gym was terrific.

The beds were a little small, though comfortable.

Overall stay was good.

Like the hotel and the staff was great. Beautiful lobby and the restaurant has great food.

They gave us a handicap room and the bed was terrible. It was so low and the mattress had my hips aching. The sleeping was terrible.

Its was simply incredible!

Everything was just amazing, from the staff to the amazing room and bed. Loved the city view with large windows. The restaurant was excellent! I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed everything and are planning another stay.

Everything was very nice. We especially enjoyed the meals that were included with our reservation. It was exactly what one was expect in New Orleans.

Intoxicated people in the hallways at 2 am too load and boisterous.

Wouldnt stay again.

Bellmen were nice. Location good.

Front desk people were never nice. We were greeted with we dont have your reservation and do you see your name on your booking.com sheet? Toilet was nasty under the rim.
