I liked the location for the event we were going to - the Vikings game. Also, the room was quiet and clean.
We waited 40 minutes in a very long line to check in. Also, at times there was a bit of a wait for the elevator. The hotel seemed packed and understaffed.

Nice rooms, staff not great. Spendy bar.
Grand lobby. Rooms clean and comfortable. Very easy access from lower parking ramp.
Staff couldn't find my reservation, wanted me to call Booking.com. Turns out my name was inputed wrong. First name as last name. Seemed unnecessary, and induced mild panic. Also didn't say the key card would be needed to use the elevator. The clock on the nightstand was the wrong time and couldn't adjust it. The coffee shop and bar were decent, but crazy high Airport prices.

Room was comfortable
Breakfast included in the price, but with a price limit.....not mentioned at all, so if you want the buffet you have to pay extra
