The shower glass was dirty.

everything was very nice and stay was awesome when we need a little help the front desk staff named crystal was very help and nice had a smile on her face the whole time maybe us feel very welcome

Disappointing

No hot water - the shower didnt work properly and had a leaky tap. The coffee machine didnt work. Had to change rooms. Wasnt happy nor comfortable arriving to a room having a shower with cold water after a 24 hour journey from Europe

Great location, beautiful clean room, nice staff and amenities

Beautiful hotel, very convenient location, 5 minutes from the airport, really clean and big room with micro, minifridge, all the toiletries you need, not a single complaint from us

No AC in rooms

Location

90 degree weather and the ac did not work in our room. It was at 76 all day and night, changing the thermostat in the room did not work. The room was boiling hot I will never stay here again. Both pics are from day versus night and it didnt change even with the outside temperature barely dropping. It still did not work. Save your money and go elsewhere.
