Good

Everything inside the hotel was great. Room was big and comfortable. The restaurant/bar was awesome. The location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful

The only thing I didn't like was the parking garage isn't attached to the hotel. If I had alot of bags i would of not been happy. It's winter and it was a long cold walk from the garage to the hotel

The set up from parking garage to hotel the pool water was cold the bed was very firm breakfast was so so and expensive.

Exceptional

Shortly after checking in, I received a text from the front desk to make sure the room was ok and to see if we needed anything. Later that evening, we were attempting to get bottled water from the vending machine and it was sold out. We went to another floor and that vending machine was sold out as well. There was a staff member near by and she asked what room we were in, we told her and within 10 minutes 4 bottles of water were delivered to the room.

The FRONT DESK STAFF WERE AMAZING, , however we tired the bar downstairs for drinks and dinner and that left little to be desired. The bartender didnt know how to make any drinks at all. She spent her time outside smoking, and was also our server at dinner. She would barley wait to hear what we wanted to order, she never put our points on our stay. The next morning the staff at breakfast were rude and let us know very loudly that it was almost 10 am so we never ordered anything. The older mad cooking was however very nice but everyone else was practically throwing us out, so we left.

Disappointing

Building and furnishings were lovely, staff was very attentive, pleasant and professional

Location, parking, room was set at 55 when I arrived. The smell of water damage was overwhelming. I checked out after one night and found another hotel.
