Passable

Better environment but worse service compared to the time before the pandemic.

Good location, a decent distance to some ski trails. And many markets and stores near by. Room is clean.

I purchased the breakfast with room fee but they still charged it after I checked out and no explanation. And they do room service every other day now.

I loved everything the staff was good just the fact we had to get up early to change rooms that was a hassle didnt get t

Everything was good except having to get up at 8 to be changed to a different room that didnt even have the whirlpool that threw us off like why give us a room ur gonna need to be carpet cleaned the next day

That they made us change room early morning when we were sleeping and didnt even get to enjoy the whirlpool cuz the room they transferred us to did have it

Pleasant

It's a good safe place to stay with dogs. Fairly over priced now with the $8 daily parking and $35 per day pet fees.

I've stayed here 4 times since 2020 and only once was the espresso machine in the lobby working. They've said it's broken for over a year, then get rid of it y'all We were in the king room w/whirlpool...and view of the kitchen vent, so don't think about opening the window lol for 3 nights at $1000 I think I'll stay somewhere else next time.

Disappointing

People were nice. TV, business center, and other things DID NOT WORK !!! What a hassle.

I had to pay for breakfast. Booking.com said it was free and included. It was cooked and poor quality.

Should have been FREE !!! as stated at booking.com.

Very clean with professional, friendly, helpful staffgreat value!

Exceptionally clean! Friendly, professional staff make you feel welcome. Business Center, bar, and Breakfast Caf were great additional features. I will stay here again!

I wish there was a self-checkout option.
