It was good enough for 1 night because of the location.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was great. Shuttle to airport was vital. Room was clean. Internet was good.

Towels were very thin and scratchy. Room was worn with peeling wallpaper, water stains on ceiling and stains on carpet. Bed made loud screeching noise. Hall smells like pot.

Nice convenient location to the airport

I mainly chose this hotel because it had a hot tub and a pool and my son was getting ready to board a plane to go back to college . His back had been really bothering him so I thought a hot tub would be great for him before he got on his flight, and when we got in the hot tub, it was freezing cold. we went to the front desk they said theyd send somebody down. We waited 20 minutes nobody showed up so it was a huge disappointment to pay that much for a hotel and it didnt have a hot tub which was the whole reason why I rented the room in the first place.

Shuttle, convenient , bar/ waitress pm was good

Staff was unprofessional and preoccupied. Im Hilton honors and was able to get a late checkout , which was nice, but housekeeping was put out with me and it was noticeable. Alarm clock went off at 6am from a previous guest- maybe housekeeping could check that theyre off so when you have a very late night and want to sleep in , you can. Ill know to check the next time. Wi-Fi was on and off the whole night.
