May not choose this location again while in Pittsburgh each month

Room was very comfortable

Desk personal not very friendly. Didnt explain about parking offered. Told us to use garage down the street. Thought there was supposed to be valet available.

Room was very nice and so was staff

The parking. I was there for light up night and think should have enough parking for your customers who are staying 1st before public. Need to renegotiate contract with current owners.

Location Morning concierge gave us free parking

Reserved 2-queen beds - got a king - wanted 2 to stay safe for my son who has stomach cancer. Evening concierge was not concerned and unwilling to try and make us happy with the situation because we booked thru booking.com and not directly thru them, even though we are both Hilton honor members and local customers
