Thieves.

The staff stole my bathing suit from the lost and found. I called two weeks ago to have them hold it they did. But Ive just come to get it today and they said they couldnt find it but did find the note saying I would come to get it. Unprofessional and untrustworthy staff.

Beautiful Hotel for 6 am Flight!

Lovely hotel, restaurant delicious, beautiful handicap accessible room. Only dislike was the fact that the bathroom door didn't stay open. So there was no room light late for trip(s) to bathroom.

Woman who checked me in was curt, short with me, unfriendly and just unprofessional.

No need to look further for a great airport hotel!

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was clean. The people there were very nice and efficient. The tacos at the restaurant were excellent. Only 5 minutes from the airport with an on time shuttle.

Great hotel & room!

We had a great stay! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I love the moon check out compared to other hotels at 10 or 11.

The housekeeper knocked at 11:15 & was about to use her key to enter even though we were in there. My husband was getting dressed & I was showering. They should not do that because noon is check out & the front desk can tell them if weve left or not. Also, another room played very loud music for hours. Security should walk the hallways checking for that. I shouldnt have to monitor other guests.
