The Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Flowood is a basic hotel in a good location. The rooms and bathrooms were clean on check-in, although the check-in process took a while due to staff changing shifts. The (Read More)re was a complaint about the cleaning crew entering the room without permission. The hotel is in a safe area, but the view from the room was not great. The shower handle was broken and the water in Flowood had a bad smell. However, the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Recommended for its excellent location and friendly staff.

The aminties were nice. They had a pool and gym if need and in a great location Thank you for making an exception and allowing me to stay. The room lives up to its name
However upon arrival they had a rule saying that they dont allow anyone under 21. There was no indication on website or a sign hang up anywhere. Only Just verbal communication upon arrival. Also I didnt like being accused of having a party and told I be kicked out if I did.Which staff was made aware that wasnt the case. I have stay with this company before but will keep this in mind for the future.
