Nice Hotel

The hotel was in a great location, easy to find. Check in was quick. It's smell so clean on the inside. Restaurant and shopping centers right down the street. The Stadium was closer than we thought, which was good.The room was clean, bed was comfortable and nice size tv. The staff was so nice. My family and I were very pleased with our stay at BW Plus Hotel. I will definitely stay at BW Plus again.

It wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel.

Superb

This is convenient to Jackson in general, clean, welcoming, and very comfortable.

It was very convenient to Belhaven University which was important to us as we were visiting our grandson and nephew. There were eating places nearby and the accommodations themselves were clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was week-stocked and attended, and it was a very pleasant experience.

My stay was very pleasant and enjoyable.

The breakfast was good. There was this young lady and I did not get her name that was working in the dining hall that morning and she had a neck brace on, but that did not stop her. She was very pleasant and kept the food area clean. She would periodically ask if we needed anything as she cleaned the tables and replenished the breakfast food. The breakfast area was really cleaned and I enjoyed the breakfast. Also, I explained to the Owner that my grandson was at the children's hospital and I was not sure if they would keep him or not. He was very responsive and gave me a later check out and when I found out they were keeping the baby overnight he offered a discount on the room. This made my stay even more pleasant. Thank you so much for relieving the stress of room and board. I will book here the next time I am in the area.
