Great facilities, unfortunate noise ruined the stay.

There was a loud cracking noise in room 7220. It woke me up a couple time every hour. Did not get good rest.

The airport is quite close to the hotel

Parking Parking is a hassle at the hotel. There are not enough parking spots and only cars lower than 1.9 m can be parked here. I had to find another parking spot outside of the hotel. This took a lot of time. Unfriendly Staff The hotel staff also gave us wrong information regarding the availability of shuttle services to the airport. The hotel also doesn't provide basic amenities like a toothpaste or a comb. This is a hotel where people stay over for their flights or layovers. When I requested a tooth paste, the first response from the hotel staff was to go out and buy one. I had booked 3 rooms in total for 7 guests. Eventually they provided a tiny tooth paste for all of us. Obviously, it wasn't enough for all seven of us. Since we had an early flight, we couldn't get one from outside.

During checkin they told me my reservation has been cancelled, finally they found it. Upon checkout they overcharged me 18,500 for a 2 night stay which I already prepaid Booking.com ?????

Good location but nothing special

The location is good. I missed my connecting flight and the hotel was about a 5 minute walk away. The room was fairly comfy and had a kettle with tea and coffee but nothing special at all for the price.

Not sure if the receptionist was new or if there really was a problem but she said they had no room left for me although I had a confirmed booking. Her colleague found the room and then she wanted to charge me for the room even though I'd already paid. Not really the experience you want in the middle of the night. The room was quite simple for the price - no nice extras like a bottle of water or little chocolate. No bathrobe. I had missed my connecting flight so had no clothes or toiletries. They gave me a toothbrush but nothing else. As an airport hotel it would be nice if they catered more for this - e.g. comb, t-shirt to sleep in, ear plugs.
