Nice and comfortable, well located and spacious.

Excellent space, comfortable, new and clean. Nice decorated and equipped with the necessary items. Good bathroom, heating and good quality appliances. Location is very good, quick and easy to reach downtown and very close to the airport - but in a friendly new area, pleasant and safe, with restaurants and market around. Great for a business stay.

Cleaning should happen more than once a week and be more detailed - for example leave extra toilet paper and an extra towel. The room was for one, so one small duvet and one pillow made sleeping not so comfortable, even after I asked for more and was not replied. Also, there is a bit too much light from the window and it needs more coverage for the night.

Beautiful, new, cozy and well located. Needs improvement on guest assistance. Good value.

Modern, cozy and well decorated apartment. With everything you need for a good short or medium stay. Comfortable bed, well equipped. Beautiful, spacious, nice and safe neighborhood, 5-minutes walk away from the train station, market and restaurants around. 12 minutes by train from Downton and 3 from the airport.

During the 12 days only once it was cleaned - at least 3 times would be much better. The access code deactivated at some point on the weekend and the assistance took 1 long hour to send a new one as no one was locally available. No extra towel. No extra pillow. Small duvet. Too much light from the window at night, need more coverage.

Horrible experience do not stay here

HORRIBLE

Do not stay here - we booked this airport adjacent hotel to get some much needed sleep in the middle of two 12 hour international flights. They set the double bed up with one pillow and a single bed doona, on a 1 degree night with snow. We had the worst night. There was also only one towel. There's no reception on site and no way to contact a real person, so I sent multiple messages, called the "24-hour" hotline to try and get some help and no one answered at all. Terrible experience.

The Apartment was nice and modern and close to the airport.

We were to afraid to use the kitchen as apparently the smoke detectors are very sensitive and if they are activated due to cooking, we would have been liable. Check-In was annoying. There was a lot of communication the days before but then were problems with the code generation which was not sufficiently communicated.

Very comfortable for a layover. iApart connects to all terminals at Frankfurt airport by bus.

Excellent, simple, new apart with very close (< 50m) supermarket, eatery and bakery.. Well equipped new kitchen where one can cook anything bought from supermarket 3 minutes away.

Entry is digital systems based. Ensure you receive the passcodes. Use contact tel no if needed. We had no problems but others might.. Note that the very helpful reception closes at 18:00.
