Good hotel, great airport location, check-out service needs to improve

Nice, clean rooms. Good bed and bathroom. Great airport +train location.

Check out was really poor. And, after express check (had to because the check out lines were VERY long due to a only single person at reception during a high-volume check out time) I didn't receive a receipt for nearly 2 weeks and after several emails and phone call requests (receipt needed for company reimbursement.) Not becoming of a business-type hotel! Crazy-expense breakfast and parking (although both definitely above average services.) I've stayed at this hotel many times before and the service this time was a big disappointment.

Still quite far to walk to reach the departure hall, better to go for a hotel neaarby and take shuttle or taxi directly to departure hall

Great airport hotel

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The proximity to the airport made it very easy to check out and walk directly to our terminal for our flight.

Nice place to be ready for an early flight departure.

Location at airport. The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk personnel were very nice!

The shower/tub configuration made it difficult to keep water off the floor. Seems to be the style as I noted it elsewhere with a glass partition only about of the length of the tub.

Room was filthy Sewer odor in hallway and room, staff brought aire spray and never came back to determine cause. Heat controls didnt work Fan ran all night
