Superb

Great location for town and beach . Lovely breakfast in the morning .But wish that it wouldn't finish at 10am on weekdays . Very comfortable room with fridge .

Disappointing

Comfortable room

We paid 15 for their parking and my boyfriend found his car opened the day after and they even stole his head phone. When we parked there we found glasses and some stuff on the ground, probably someone else have been robbed the night before as well, so it's not a a safe place to leave your car, there's no control despite the expensive amount you spend for the parking.

A nice stay but expected more from Hilton.

The hotel is in a great location close to the beach, shopping and Theatre. The hotel is very modern and the room was a large size and comfortable. We did not use the pool facilities but it did look good. The food at breakfast was great.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic. There was only one chef in the kitchen who was doing a fantastic job on his own but there should have been other kitchen staff helping him. We went to the Sky bar after coming back from the theatre to have a drink, but although it was not busy, the tables had not been cleaned and we waited for ten minutes for someone to come and take our order but nobody did, so we headed back to our room. It is a great facility but the staff in the Sky bar need to be a bit more attentive.

A bit dissapointing

location in the center of Bournemouth. Quiet room on the 4th floor. Efficient check in/out

Toilet seat broken, Shower gel empty in the bathroom, rooftop bar was shut to the public after 6.00pm for private function. Breakfast hours too early for NYDay. Looking a bit shabby in places for money and hilton reputation.

Very good

Overall the hotel was very good,room was clean and a good size.

Location is ideal, good spa,roof top bar.

The bar ran out of 3 of the 5 drinks on tap for three consecutive nights,the breakfast quality was good,but the hotel is open to the public so tables were limited,plus having dogs in the restaurant didnt while you eat isnt great,plus the tables werent relaid and I had to ask for cutlery and cups each day I had breakfast.Staff were a bit slow.

Dirty and disgusting

Pubic hairs all over the bed and bathroom. We asked twice for it to be cleaned and it never got done. Ive never stayed at a Hilton before but this is not what I would expect, will not be staying again and will not be recommending. We were offered a full refund but had to go through booking.com and then they refused the promised full refund.
