Exhausting

No breakfast was available because they do not have a restaurant on site however there are many places one can eat in at Montecasino.

There are no elevators and we had to carry our luggage up 3 flight of stairs. That was painful.

The wifi access was excellent

No breakfast, there should be a microwave to warm up food since there isn't a microwave in the room.

Hip hop cool

The hotel is very close to all the restaurants and main attractions. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always smiling. The decor at the entrance of the hotel is amazing, I simply love it.

The rooms are extremely small, with little cupboard space especially if you are two people staying for a long period of time. Keep in mind for if you are elderly, there isn't an elevator, therefore you will have to carry your bags up to your your room (up to three flights of stairs).

It was pleasant

The staff are excellent. Very attentive. Very friendly helpful. Ten out of ten on staff conduct . The entrance is beautifully decorated .

The rooms are tiny. Perfect for business trips and short stays . No breakfast.

Smart cheap

Affordability. It was value for money, minimalistic and without frills. Liked the proximity to Monte Casino food square.

That they do not have food or even a vending machine for snacks. Also parking has no direct access to the hotel. Weather can frustrate you accessing your car or the hotel.
