Disappointing

Disappointing stay

They said could check out late afternoon but next morning said impossible. Chose this particular hotel because of the spa, but after check in was told it was closed. Took half hour to find parking which was extremely expensive.

Very good

A comfortable stay at a clean hotel.

We mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, and asked during reservation to notice it in some way, but they completely ignored it. They didnt leave anything in the room as a treat, and they didnt even say happy birthday at checkin, which was disapointing to us.

Exceptional

We came Oct 06th from Dallas Texas to visit Israel . The morning after we landed , the Hamas terrorists invaded Israel. The hotel handled everything so exceptional and with such great efforts to make us comfortable and safe we were blown away with every single staff our hearts are with everyone there . And we saw how quick the hotel was to offer rooms to the refugees , and how the community came together. Just wow

Very poor

An extermly sterrsful stay

I understand that there was a war . But it was noisy . We asked them for discount because we were stuck in the hotel we could not go out . They refused to give us a discount and we had to eat breakfast and supper there and it was so expensive . We stayed there a few times but will never go back there again .

Very good

The breakfast wasn't worth 150 shekels per person. The food tasted horrible, there was a wait to get a salad. If anything you should charge 50 shekels per person.

Great location but rooms need renovation.

Herods has a great location right by the beach. The cleaning staff were lovely and helpful, the lobby is nice and cool, and we were given a late checkout at no charge.

The room decor is very tired, it really needs a renovation. Our shower overflowed, there was no bathroom fan, the aircon wasnt quite cool enough, and the wifi was very very erratic in our room. Lots of dents and paint chips in the timber work and our balcony door was very rusted and doesnt seal too well.
