She was helpful and patient during the check-in (Read More) process. The hotel is clean and quiet with professional staff. The location is convenient, close to gas stations and the airport. There is a $150 room deposit, but it is refunded upon check-out. Overall, it is a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

Be certain your room is safe.

The hotel and the staff we dealt with THERE were wonderful, BUT...

The clerk was new and was left a note by the earlier staff for our check-in. We personally saw the note and instructions ourselves. We were put into a room that was already occupied. My friend keyed in, and luckily, the person must have been in the shower. Had they been naked, doing something illegal, or carrying a gun, the situation could have ended VERY BADLY, LIFE-THREATENING POSSIBLY. The new clerk was beyond apologetic, and we were understanding at the time. She was new and all, just following her written instructions, including our room number. Analyzing it later, we realized the horrible possibilities we avoided. I reached out for some type of compensation, not total, we did stay there, and were told he put in for a percentage. Nothing has been given, and my last call has not been returned after weeks of waiting.

A very nice suite for a good price. With very friendly staff.

The people were very nice friendly the room was very spacious and the kitchenette was nice . The bed was very comfortable and the couch was a plus all and all its was a good night. Definitely coming back

It was a place to stay close to our daughter's residence.

The breakfast was good.

The mirror was severely cracked/broken. The shower didn't fully engage and sprayed water out of the faucet instead of the shower head. Also there was a crack in the toilet bowl which sprayed water when you flushed. The ice machine was broken. The garbage container outside the entrance was overflowing onto the ground.

Great value

Convenient to get to from the highway. Great space for the price. Its a little dated, but still clean and comfortable. This was our second stay this year. We got in around 9:30pm. We had a very friendly front desk clerk. I feel bad that I didnt get her name.

As mentioned before, could use some updates, but really not a huge deal.

Not much need was comfy that's about it

The room door didn't close unless slammed and then it didn't close all the way. Had to move a chair to hold it closed while locked which Barely held. The systems didn't work. Couldn't print anything. Nude residents running around through the halls. Bathroom was broke couldn't use shower or toilet. Won't come back. Very uncomfortable there
