Very poor

The view out the window that's about all

Only 1 staff member that checked us I. Was plasent all the rest was terrible including the restaurant staff especially over price desert that wasn't what we ordered and wasn't told they changed without asking if I even wanted it!! The Room smells like mold really strong the bed wasn't made right nor was the floor vacuumed and a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom just NASTY!!!

Property looks sad! Christmas decorations were minimal at best. Property needs a facelift

The staff was amazing, but the hotel needs to be cleaned better.

All the staff was amazing.

In our room we found a lot of trash under the couch, we found the hot tub in our room really dirty. I was lined with a dirt line and had a nail in it. I took some pictures if needed to show.

Disappointing

Disappointing, instead of a really nice, casino hotel room

Location was good and so was the staff, like the bell hop, front desk and AC service guys.

We arrived later than we expected, 9p instead of 4pm...no room ready. AC not working first 2-3 hours. We were supposed to have a walk in shower, not tub. Oh..and broken ice machine on our 6th floor!
