Nice value for this time of year (December)

Staff were great, Elevator was quick (They have 2 or 3), In walking distance to a variety of food, activities, gas station, and souvenir shops,

Could have been cleaned better in high tough areas good thing I always bring disinfectant wipes. Some of the living room furniture was old and worn, 2nd /1.5 bath only has a shower and tub in the master room and you have to walk into the master bedroom to get to it. Okay for families w/kids but not for couples ( the 2bd 2 full baths would be best for couples or if you want more privacy with showering/bathing,The other room is small and has no beach view and no. They have sliding doors on the bathrooms.

If you're looking for a beach stay, this is a good place.

We were only there for one night. The room was nice and big, and the staff was quite friendly. The location is great if the beach is what you want. It's basically right out the back door of the hotel. I would certainly stay there again if in the area.

The covered parking is limited and cramped. At least there is parking outside. The weirdest thing was we found it difficult to find the actual front door. Not being familiar with living on the gulf, I was looking for an actual front door. The lobby is on a higher floor, which appears to be the norm in this area. Live and learn.

Hospitality was horrible

Location and the view

There housekeeping staff was very rude and there was hair in my shower a ball in drain when house keep came to get the hair she came in very rude and had pair of gloves only she picked it up or got it out and walked out didnt clean it with spray or anything then walked out. I told the front desk about this and they didnt say anything either like it was normal. Staff need a little bit more hospitality horrible service.

I would stay there again.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was included but we never made it up for the hours 7am-9am.

The towel bar kept falling off in the bathroom that is my only complaint.

Lovely stay

Its my third STAY here I thoroughly enjoy this place need to come during the summer months where I can truly enjoy the beach had my husband here last two years ago and sadly it was his last vacation. The sweet man passed nine months later, but we enjoyed our stay in our visit. Thank you South Beach for always making things comfortable for us. You
